Thats a good one. This flood isnt due to the act of GOD, very likely its due to humans fault. I guess someone gotta give a good explaination on this. Some heads will have to roll.

was in malaysia jst now, my sis sms me in the morning ask me to drive slowly bck to spore, cos old holland canal flooded.. late afternoon, sms me bt timah ok, except cornonation side, and tell me orchard rd flooded... hahaha... really surprise...

I have a feeling reports from the authorities will say the drain was choked up thats why have this flood. hence, its not the authoritie's responsibility

anyway, since when do our ministers take the blame for anything? even when mas salamt escaped oso nothing happened, still getting paid millions.

Authority must say ACT OF GOD so that they will not held liable. If not, they will have to pay car insurance company damages for damages to premium cars, retail and restaurants of loss of earning and many many more... Accountant-General and Attorney-General will sure head BIG BIG wan....
