A ROLEX watch for loyalty

I came across this interesting sign while at a shopping centre and found it 'encouraging'. Didn't realize that a local company will do that. Here reads:

LONG SERVICE AWARD!

The management pays tribute to 16 members of our staff who have been loyal and dedicated to Mavis Tutorial Centre Pte Ltd. With hardwork and contribution amounting to 10 years of service in Mavis Tutorial Pte Ltd, a staff earns a Rolex watch, which is worth approximately $8,000. The staff then qualifies to be a member of the prestigious Mavis "ROLEX GOLD CLUB".

Now, I wonder if this forum will do that..

x2, cos what i often heard are Tag Heuer for long term service or Omega watch for Ns man of the yr.

It is only applicable for certain personnels, it is depending on your performance with the reservist unit. If qualify is collect from your unit or NSSC together with the medals. Saw the watch before, quite normal lah, so don't be too upset.
