Not a lot of people can wear Big Pilot because of size of watch versus wrist size. I've seen it on small wrists and it looks really weird

Let me share my experiences with you.
IWC - a good watchmaker with many different types of watches, such as minutes repeater, perpetual calendar etc. BP is a good watch with good inhouse movements and sometimes it's considered as a "complication" as it has massive 7 days of power reserve. But it's very big. If you can fit it, it looks nice, otherwise, it may be too chunky for you.
Rolex - a good watchmaker as well, with good family history. Daytona is a good watch too, with famous 4130 movements with 72 hours of power reserve. It's also a "complication" because of chronograph features. 40mm size is realtively suitable size.
If you are looking for a watch with good watchmaker history, IWC BP is not a bad choice. If you are looking for a watch with good investment value, Rolex Daytona is good. In any case, try out both to see which one you like.Comment
