the only merc *imo* worth buying is the W140 shape. the last of the true blue german engineering. W220 onwards.... all built to a budget, and time constraints.

i have no complains about BMWs if u compare it to audi ( poor handling), jaguar ( no power and poor ride comfort), merc ( expensive and noisy kompressor engines), volvo ( safe but features are all one step behind all its competitors), saab ( cheap interior and poor resale).
