sorry, i dont hire people for the company based on qualifications. im more interested to know how they will perform a task when given to them. to me, using the right tools for the tasks set out is first priority. why? so that they dont waste time.
also im more interested to know if they encounter problem, how will they handle the problem.
one can never prepare to come for my interview. there are some standard questions i asked. but each potential candidate will face with real life different qs to handle.
i prefer to employ thinking employees.
actual studying in sg is not stressful. it is parents who stress themselves. do u want to enrol your child in an elite school where the child has problem keeping up? or prefer to enrol the kid in an above average school where the child can adapt to the pace?
remember it is the child learning ability, also the child's interests.
