Was doing my MSc in Manchester in 1999 when they win the treble. One cannot imagine the silence when they were losing and suddenly... BANG! 2 goals... Absolutely euphoria!!

Fans running out of the pubs into the streets. Climbing buildings, flagpoles, gals flashing they boobs, cars honking, flags flying... Really hard to describe unless one is there.

So I can imagine the atomsphere in Manchester now...

I can recall that evening too... watching the game in my student apartment with 10 Singaporeans in Leeds.. After that, we cheered all the way to Grosvernor casino to have breakfast at midnight (2 pound only) and celebrate!!!
