          last time also fit. represented south zone for life-guard competition. now? dunno whether i save people or people save me instead.

                hahahah ... me also life guard train leh... army 1.... we got somethings in common... i remember during army, we got to swim with full army uniform with BOOTS .. breast stroke no problem, can swim many laps ... but hor instructor ask us to swim front claw ... leow leow .. all kanna drink water ... haa ..

                i think our passing time is 2mins 30 sec... i think ... swim 50m and tow bck victim in full uniform, i know i swim 50m in abt 30sec, thn tow bck ... total time less thn 2 min ..

                now me too, i think ppl save me instead .. haa... swim 1 lap tire leow...
