  • Watch Brand's Theme

Hi, I dunno if I've got the title right and if I may be confusing but I'm trying to find out if anyone can share knowledge/opinion of what the main theme of each watch brand is. Give example, if I want to buy a pilot watch, which brand is the ONE? Breitling/IWC/Hamilton? So, if I'm buying a diving watch, then would it be ROLEX sub/SD, or SEIKO, or Omega...etc..etc?? Space watch, therefore, equals Omega/Fortis then? Car-racing watch = TagH Monaco/Oris/Seiko??

    Let's share

Cos' i knw each brand wans to compete for a big piece of the pie, so each of them would produce a range to suit consumers but there mus b an original, "birth" theme to it. I wonder what's ROLEX's? Is it their klassik/sports series?

I tend to understand from these few months of watch-craze, that certain brands boast certain themes and I hope to acquire the correct theme for each brand. In other words, I dun see myself buying a klassik piece from BALL, rather, I shld b buying its brand watch, which IMO, shld b the "railway/firemen" watches. For TagH, I think it sounds mre like "car-racing". For Omega, I think its their "space" range, etc.

Gd! Tatz wat I meant. So there's no pt buying a pilot/diving watch for Fortis. Instead, I shld buy a Fortis space watch rite? Similarly, for omega. So i presume, ROLEX shld b its klassik range.

          Thanx .
