as mentioned. $ is always the issue. look @ the rates. will customers to who patronize pubs/coffee shop have to pay more for the drinks/beer? remember that the rates advertise of 70 is for home users. commercial users? maybe 20 times the price? commercial rates for 1 SCV setup box and 1 screen is 600 for BPL currently.
