    next wk, mid wk, i wanna try imm again, tis time must be less tthn 1hour
    i think 1 hr ( 9+km) for we old uncle can leow lah....

    most important, it's not the time lah... but able to get yr asss moving and maintain... so shiok... the feel to hv my shirt all soak up... feeel alive ... feel young again, run pass NAP stare at xmm... hahahhaa

    i def cannot do 2.4km in less thn 12min now... boh kui...hahaha... and hv no intention to do it... i scare later heart cannot take it... hahaha...

    whn i first go in army... zero prepare... very xiong... cos ya ya mah... thot i can run mah.... hahaha.... 1st pt lesson.. my 2.4km was like 15min plus...wah lan, vomit after i come bck... hahahhaa.... but 2nd time already 12+, 3x already 10+min... so by the time i take my ippt test during the bmt, i was clocking consistently between 8'50 to 9' min.... .... after bmt, in other of my courses, i always clock below 8'30.

    actually hor, some ppl are born and built to run... i one of those loh ( hahaa... not those super fast national runner lah )..... after some training, sure can improve very fast 1... hahaha...so u r the natural 1s... u look like 1.. ,, but abit soft ... hahahaha

    pet, you're good man... six ave run to IMM... I am born a non-runner... best time was during BMT 10min30sec+, now if got training can pass, no training sure no pass... but now super busy with kids....lucky got downgraded to C9L2 (temp)... can take a break...

    long time never take bus leow... i rem the last time i took one was like 15yrs ago, from my office in cross st .. abt 3 stop to a pub in tanjong pagar for happy hr.... hahahhaa

    after dinner, decided to go for a jog...knowing tht i very idle type... it's better i target a place to run to... where there's no turning back rather thn eg, jog round a block/ track i might stop etc......

    start point ( 6th ave/ bt timah ) ... target end pt ( imm in jurong ) .... not tht far wht...was thinking....

    6th ave ..bt timah...king albert park abt 2 plus km in 15min... not too bad....from KAP turn into clementi rd to sunset ... wow getting more xiong... at sunset i cross over the canal on the pedestrain bridge on to clementi ave 4... thn on to commonwealth west... thn to boon lay thn to imm building... KNN... total time 1hour 10 mins.... after crossing over the canal i pang chey leow.... wow lau...half jog/walk leow... now my thigh ache like Fck...

    after coming back thn i go google map and found out tht the distance i took is abt 9.5km... $*&&!^@#$*% .... my first jog/run in almost 17yrs = 9.5km.... tomolo got excuse go massage leow

    anyway, after i reach imm building, went in there chao chao all sweaty .. got air con blow me shiok shiok... ... had a drink and smoke outside... NNB, cannot walk back leow... good pair of new shoes, Fck Up pair of legs... at first, was thinking of getting a cab... than hor, scare i go bck my wife laugh at me... so boh pien.... i walk over to chevrons.. at the bus stop, look at the directory... wow... good, got number 52... will passby ngee ann and stop outside KAP nia... good... try try... more thn 15 yrs never take bus leow... kk, say try try... least wont kanna laugh as bad .... hahahah..

    btw, bus fare frm chevron to kap = 1.40... not too bad... these new buses hor do not hv lotsa seats, more stannding.. also got wheelchair space.. the only thing weird is tht after the back door, the sitting area is raise like 2 steps and the last row seat another 2 steps, dunno why they make it so hi.

    from KAP bus stop slowly walk bck home... total time almost 2&half hrs...

    trying to lose wt for sometime... manage to cut down carbo, calories for a month plus and i am now down at abt 68-70...( frm the 73-75range )....it's been a while since i can maintain less thn 70kg

    my mom also kpkb abit, cos my food portion too little, scare i fall sick
