I think buying stuff in malaysia damn irritating...their food or wadeva ah..the prices never add 7%,all the 1ct 1ct coins gotta come out liao..only when u buy the thing then they add the 7%...

my friend say malaysia no tax on watches... if given same discount/ pricelist, means should save 7% gst too ...

i jst got a watch there ( i never go personally, friends friend bring bck), after discount, i save 350 compare to spore AD.

depends on what brand and model. also depends on bargaining power. i got couple of watches from there myself as well. not all are cheaper.

my advice for overseas watch shopping is isolate a few models and take note of pricing, then go overseas and compare those interested. if price lower substantially, then get there else come back sg and get. more worth it.
