when was that? was browsing thru their website (Seagull US), and the list price for a Tourbi is definitely more than that. By the way, any distributor for Seagull in SG, do you know?
Seems the only affordable Tourbi is from China....range from US$600 - US$2k, from eBay, flying tourbillon etc.
How did you find the China tourbi? worth buying?My Humble Collection so far....

I owned a Chinese Seagull ST-8001 movement. This watch is not from Seagull itself but other watch maker using the above movement.
Watch is keeping +1 to 2 minutes every 24 hours.
I believe if u seriously considering a tourbillion, get from Seagull itself. Its offering lifetime warranty.

The timekeeping on mine was alright (+10 secs a day).
I can't exactly remember the seller on eBay. Sorry can't help you on this. I think the nicest was the one with power reserve + moonphase + date + tourbillon (you should not pay more than 600 USD for these).
