Watch POlishing

Hi

I intend to send my AP and probably my Daytona for routine polishing, any one have good experience with any shop.
My concern is not just the polishing skill but the trustworthiness of the shop since we have to leave the watch for days( Or it just me being paranoid)

Watch as been around for sometime though the condition is still as great but i prefer it to feel like 'Brand new" to me, you mean you can offer DIY solution ?

hehe..no diy solution lah..but i feel that small scratches should be normal for a watch worn every now and then..i also felt that polishing will rounded up the casing..

just use cape cod to remove the scratches on the chrome finish.

for brush finish you use the Bergeon brush.
watch will look mint!

check other thread on places to buy your cape cod.

remember dont use it on the brush finish, use tape to tape the brush finish if your bracelet is a mixture of brush and chrome.

Home-Fix is selling this Cape Cod. The price has went up from S$7.90 to S$9.90.

My friend just got this last Sunday. Thomson and AMK Hub Home-Fix have run out of stocks. We got it from Yishun North Point Shopping Centre. There are about 10 ~ 15 packs left.

trust me. get professional polishing. the cap cod will leave some of swirl from another angle under the sun or bright light. there are reviews in the internet and i have tried before too. If you owe $10,000 watch. why will you save $100 to make your watch look good. right

Yes I agree with you. Cap cod need some skill.

Just leave the srcatch alone, when due for servicing 5 yrs later then polish... The more u polish the less metal it has...
