            very nice write up and excellent taste. nothing beats a car with stick shift. so hard to find here in Oz and even harder to find in S'pore.

                              it was indeed something that was truly once in a lifetime.
                              In the compelling zest of high adventure and of victory, and in creative action, that man finds his supreme joys indeed.

                              as for the S5, it drives pretty good for an audi now that they changed the balance of the new cars by moving the engine further back over the front axle
                              the really nice thing about the S5 is the exhaust growl. they made it really low and rumbly. for the V8 4.2L series compared, the S5 sound is the best IMHO!
