use to make chicken rice over weekend when there is pot luck during uni days. actually not that difficult to cook plain chicken rice.

got timing one. critical part is soaking it in cold water.

to cook rice, there is a technique. need to fry the rice first.

Theres 1 at river valley also.... their 'white' chicken taste ok... but roast 1 really CMI... and it aint cheap..

If near darkie at serangoon garden, there is the famous Pao Xing!! It wun loose out man...

Pao Xing I think is oook only la,though I stayed ard that place since I was born hahha...only ate it a few times. Not bad but won't rate it 10/10 or near there.

Oh yeah do note...the chicken rice at the restaurant is more expensive,the 1 at the other end the kopitiam there cheaper hahaha

i wont say that their chicken is nice. there are better ones around @ more affordable price.

they have to commercialise for economies of scale and start introducing other dishes, else they cannot survive.

likewise for pao xing, not that exciting also.
