Haha... Not sure whether can find some like-minded in this forum...
I've been an avid runner since 15yrs old. Till today, running 5km to 8km is part of my daily regime. Other than that, I swim once a week and play soccer or rugby occasionally. Wonder if there is any fitness freaks out there in this forum too?
Perhaps we can organise a run or a football game one of these weekend morning, followed by breakfast or catch bone after that...
