While perverts and peeping toms have long been common in female toilets, RazorTV discovered that men are not immune.

The male toilets at Golden Mile Complex, Bugis Junction and even upscale Raffles City Shopping Centre were all found to have been tampered with.

For instance, a boarded-up hole about 8cm-wide was discovered in the male toilet on the second floor of Golden Mile Complex.

Or maybe, these people (those responsible for planting the cams) were hoping to chance upon a sexual act in the male toilets?
