Massage lobang ... any bro know where to catch bone... my arm/ shoulder/ neck having this aching pain for sometime leow ....kai siow any good 'catch bone' place leh ( not those hanky panky one hor, catch the '207th' bone hor .... ) ... hmmm but if u wnt to list, it's ok my me ... haahahhaa

Just went massge, now more shiok abit,but still having this aching discomfort pain on my left tricep, shoulder, neck...
