Singapore’s biggest watch retailer, Sincere Watch, may be sold this week to a group of buyers including former owner Tay Liam Wee, the local press reported.
Luxury goods company LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA could also form part of the buying group, the reports said, adding the purchase price could be as high as $300 million.
Sincere Watch, which has been on the market since October 2008, was bought by Peace Mark in December 2007 for $530 million, according to the reports.*****************************
