is LV and Cartier very much cheaper in France?? Its the first time i'm heading there as tourist with time to shop, so abit suaku...

you will need a stamp from customs to have your VAT refunded...do check out the rules...

i go travel sometimes also like to buy some stuff back but so far, cant find a set of documents that I can refer to on how much to be taxed, and rules to follow
