agreed. there was one case where a fugitive was wanted in SG, but fled to TW instead. after years of bullying from the local kids in TW, he flew back to SG and hand himself back in .

I suspect this crime is syndicated... He MUST have known what to do with the loot and all planed out.. for all we know, he may have a KAO SHAN (backer) and with that kind of $$$, it won't be difficult to change is identity (documents and facial).. of course, I do hope that justice is served to whoever committed the crime.
