  • ST published wrong photo for CEO who Died.

Apology for use of wrong picture

The picture we carried in straitstimes.com Breaking News and the digital edition of The Straits Times was not that of Mr Calvin Lee Wee Sing, Deutsche Telekom Asia CEO, but that of Mr Christopher Lim, Vice President of ICT Operations, and a member of the Management Board of T-Systems Singapore.

We apologise profoundly to Mr Lim for having used the wrong picture and for the distress and embarrassment caused to him and his family, and to all who have been affected.

LOLzz, hw can such thing happen??

        Just wondering

Just wondering whether can the victim ( that guy that never die ) sue the newspaper for causing irrecoverable damaged and mental stress ( as it was already printed and sold ) . Any lawyer here can comment?
