From my experience the best time to catch him is just before the store closes. I have known him and his mum since he was at Clarke Quay and though I may not be one of their high rollers, we have became good friends. They are a good store. Though they can sometimes be expensive hehe one is sometimes able to find good deals there if you are quick enough
