Hi folks, I seldom really post on this forum, but just want to share a recent buying watch buying experience I had.
Not sure whether it is ok to share the shop name, but the owner is fantastic. He was patient and humorous even though it is near closing time, and was sharing some watch buying tips with me. We also had a discussion on the movement in the watch I am buying and others. There is also coffee at his place.
. I can tell that he genuinely has the passion for watches rather than just a sales transaction.
i always never thought of getting from second hand watch shops due to the too commercialized experience, but this is quite a pleasant surprise for me.
