i'd say politely ignore. no point getting upset since everyone wants a good deal.

To me, if one wants to sell/buy items online, he/she will have to expect somethings that come with it, such as:

- receiving or responding to calls/messages at odd hours;
- acceding to certain requests such as more pics of sale item, etc;
- traveling to buyer/seller place of convenience; and
- "lowball offers", and etc.

I have been buying and selling online (as a hobby watch lover) for a while and have come to accept certain inconveniences. For "lowballing", unless it is an obvious 'mischievous' offer, I think it is fine and I will choose to respond politely or simply ignore it. Furthermore, I think "lowballing" prices are subjective. Imagine a seller trying to sell a watch that is way above market price and someone keen makes a reasonable offer only to be called a "lowballer" by the seller. Is it fair?

U r right,they using others username to try deal but once they make d offer r reasonable as shop taking value,im ok..some lowballer offer u like"some place offer this that price,u too exp"or " 1st offer was reasonable,after when reach d date to deal tell u"bro,can XXXX price?" Hmmm

Sold other accessories and stuff online. Chances of lowballer appearing is high. Somewhere around the spawn rate of ratata or pidgey
