Exchange Rate or Tax

Just wonder, anyone has good buy base on exchange rate?
Not just RM, HK yen, usd?
We been buying and selling base on ours local currency, what about your oversea purchase or airport tax?

Are u trying to ask which countries selling watches cheaper than Singapore?
