Homage or Fake

Recently purchased a couple of "homage" watches. You can tell from the photo below that these are not trying to pass as the real thing. Your thoughts?

I feel that so long there's no "Panerai", "Luminor" or "Marina" branding, it's more of a hommage. Otherwise, it's misleading to the general consumer and may be seen as a fake.

i still prefer homeage
