Complaints/Compliments Of Any Local Retail?

Nowadays, havent been shopping for watches locally.
Anyone came across any shop which sucks or simply the best?
I only know that the Runway Terminals ones suck, cannot provide good knowledge/information on timepieces, more like those supermartkets staff.
Although at times, it's pretty cheap to buy there due to further discounts/GST waived...etc but you need to gather your own information before your decision rather than going there to seek decision.

Just my own point of view.

I dont mean service, I think their service is good as it should be.
But the real problem lies on their product knowledge/information lor.

treated like a pauper = 100% wearing "olex" cos the "R" came off like Chopard "Happy Diamond"... hehehe

Been a while since going shopping for watches, if me gonna buy... and knock into good provider...hengz lor... if not, the watches there suffer... me turn the time to 12midnight and turn the date to hear "crack crack crack"... then next moment wait for "Louisoh" to come and buy...

Complain: That time I was wearing simple T-shirt. Then little kid go in and ask ask...those ppl pretend like I never exist.I talk to them they never reply 1...basket...damn pissed

Compliment: I was wear a Polo with jeans,and my Exp II. Story change already...they talk to me..chit chat,see see touch touch..very different.

different ppl different experience.

my experience with TAKA HG is good. i find that couple of the guys there are very knowledgable about the watch products.

experience with Scotts is not so nice. usually they dun chup you one. i go there usually bermudas and polo shirt.
