I know for sure used Rolex seem cheaper in Japan, especially in the used branded boutiques in Osaka. But then again Japanese culture doesn't really encourage bargaining whereas used watch shops here will typically give you a discount so maybe there's not much difference.

GST claim in Malaysia

Anyone here got the experience of claiming GST in Malaysia.

Was at Penang Rolex AD recently and the price there after discount and with GST claim are much cheaper then buying in Singapore.

New watches Hong kong is cheapest. For malaysia, unless u want to get urself robbed. U can try there. Else get a local or go with a big group of friends
