Hmm.. Sam's pcs are usually consigned if I am not wrong. Went there to see the Port 7days previously. Good and friendly guy to chat with... not pushy nor arrogant. If there is a good buy, I will surely consider getting from him.
During my chat with him, thats where I learn that his watches are usually consigned (he say so lah) and prices are pretty much determined by the current owner on how low they can accept.. I know the FM pre-owned he sold was in quite in good condition, but not my type nor target so didn't persue....
