          Halo! Thre's no stats to say tat any particular residential area is less/mre safe. In fact, pte est is less safe n mre a favorite target for criminals. Tat oso dpends on location of est. Condo is not spared too. Why u thought te hdb heartlands hv mre of such cases may b due to the ratio population.

          And for those 'portable' safe tat u guys r considering to buy, honestly, its as gd as a "give-away sign". Probably it'll give te thief a faster option when he/she gets into te hse. No need to search for valuables, jus attack te safe. Some say "cash n carry"...

          Jus kidding la but i feel tat if u can buy a safe n carry it home yrself, wat makes u think its any safer..? i dunno man. I kinda like bendick's idea if mounting te safe to te wall thingy.
