Chinese tea? Hmmm... For Chinese tea, I've tried Pu Er, Long Jing, Xiang Pian, etc. Was at Hai Tien Lo with wife for dinner last night. Ordered Pu Er. But to me, all tea tastes almost the same leh... Maybe some experts here can shed some light to the differences in taste between them???Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die today. -James Dean

err...taste will depend on the quality la and many other factors....I would say Pu er is more mild,Long Jing is alittle on a bitter side but i like...well depends on wad quality ur long jing is as i said.
I think to drink quality tea,try out those tea houses or buy ur own...those better than those at restaurants or hotels.
