Polishing of watches for brushed and polished surfaces

need experts help here on polishing...
watch case comes with polish and brushed surfaces. is it possible to smooth out both surfaces?

Any recommendations?

I have a different experience from the above incident. Look for the guy instead of the lady, bet you will have different treatment.

just some personal sharing, for mild scratches: brushed surface - use nail buffer. for polished surgace: use cape cod. always works
