I recall there a watch brand that went burst in later 2000s which is famous for having 4 spring bar on the side of the watch case and it advertise as the watch survive when drop at certain height from Effier tower. I saw it on display at one shop front the other day and was wonder if it really increase it value consider that the watch conglomerate may never want to buy another bankrupt watch brand and repackage it consider the onslaught of smartwatch.
