coupons are located (for now) only at payment counter of Esso Winstedt (141 Bt Timah Rd) nearest to POSB Bukit Timah Road/Newton Hawker Centre. that station is temporarily closing down so get the coupons before it closes.

the discount coupons are free... but located only at Esso Winstedt... which is closing down soon for repair.

each coupon booklet consists of (if i remember correctly) 8 + 4 coupons. enough for once a week fill-up.

veilside: the location of the coupons were clearly written in my first post.

the station's closed. the boss said he may put the coupons at his other stations (list is above) but not confirmed yet.

perhaps you can pop into one of his stations and see if he has done that.
