There is no definite answer to this type of question.
How much can fetch depends on :
1) Your intention ? (Flip for profit taking, upgrading or cash-out)
2) The quantity that you have.
3) The type of watch.
4) The condition.
And of course you need patient, hard work and also some luck.
Just bring the watch with the accessories and ask around.
