  • STOP at One.

    Hi Bro and Sis,

when you bought your first Rolex, did you ever think that One (Rolex) watch is good enough for you and will not "lust" for another?

Thanks to this forum, the poison continues spread its power over us and we lose our mind.

We give any kind of excuses to say that it is a good investment, etc etc etc.

No crime as long as I don't steal or rob or cheat, the watch I love is bought from my pay cheque, it beats all logic.

I do not know if i am qualified to reply to this thread because I have not even had one yet. But I had order a SUB and it is coming to me in Oct. Already I am thinking my next would be a exp II white dial.

I had one Rolex for 8 yrs. my first submariner.
Then suddenly i bough an Exp2 and Daytona in 2006, which was sufficient for a few more years.
Then bought daydate in 2011 and then gold Gmt and after that a few more.
      Really like poison.

Now i have 11. But i have stopped buying....i hope.

I'm thinking of buying my first sub. Not too sure if i'll stop at just one, but honestly so far I have my eyes only on the sub.

Rolex's not my thing but can say that 1 watch is never enough no matter which brand you go for. Started with 1 and lost count how many bought and sold since then. Kept a handful of ones i like.
