i know quite a number of number of users switch from iphone4/5 era to samsung note III for several reasons

• bigger screen
• more apps available

with the upcoming release of iphone 6 (4.7")and iphone 6 plus (5.5") screen size, for those who made the switch from iphone to samsung, will you switch back to iphone?

Doubt people switch back to an inferior product just because copycat bigger screen
They need to copycat other features eg android os, changeable battery, sdcard support, flash support, etcetc

I have using iphone since 2g all the way till iphone 4s and switch to samsung for the larger screen, however samsung products are not as durable compared to iphone. after 5months of using S4 i am pissed. not to mention the bad resale value of samsung. now iphone has come up with 4.7.. i am switching back to iphone.

iphone should make no changes to those features you have mentioned, iphone is iphone, dont ever change them. just improve them.

can you share why you are not happy with the samsung? i am using iphone5 and samsung s4 now.

the battery bloated for the samsung and i got it changed. other than that, it is working fine.

I m using ipad n note 3 now. My next phone will still be samsung. Basically it's for the freedom.

Started with iPhone 3GS and never turn back. iPhones are easy to use and rarely hang or lag compared to other phones I used before. The only setback is the lack of direct support for flash apps or movies.

Having a bigger screen but flaws in the OS is like driving a flashy car with a wrong engine size. Good to look but not efficient.

I am glad the iPhones are coming with bigger screens and looks like many that are ditching iPhones because of small screen size would be turning their hearts back to iphone soon.

I registered for interest and was told to select a date for purchase. However, after giving serious thoughts, i decided that I will not buy it. Reason is that the price is not reasonable. 16G is too small, but the next jump 64G is too expensive. For a $60 per month price plan, i still have for fork out 650 for the phone. That is pretty ridiculous considering that there isn't really anything spectacular with the phone

Swiftkey now is available in iOS 8. I believe some Andriod user might switch to iOS. What I like Apple is the design and solid material. I'm not a heavy apps user so I buy phone based on design first.

Only advantage people are staying with iOS devices are just optimized applications and their good eco-system. Otherwise, i don't see why people would stay with iOS devices.
