Planning to buy one?
Wear it alongside your current watches?
or ditch your watches and live with just the Apple Watch?

Depends on how the concept of 'watch' changes overtime.
Why you should NOT buy:
1. obsolete within 2 years due to tech cycle
2. not fully feature pack yet
3. do not see the need to be notified all the time.
4. perceived price-benefit does not match up.
5. it's the latest tech out there. wait for it to mature.
Why you should buy:
1. it complement the Apple experience
2. the features available matches your need
3. it allows you to be notified at all time.
4. you think the amount paid justify the feature you get.
5. it's the latest tech out there. a premium is expected.
Noticed that the reason why you should buy and should not buy is contradictory to each other?
Now, you will either buy, or not buy right from the beginning.
The rest of the consumer market needs to be convinced that it's good; before the trigger to purchase is pulled.
Now, I won't buy. I do not want to be notified about emails 24/7.
I also adore the traditional concept of a mechanical watch and the art of making mechanical watches.
Going forward however, Apple watch will probably morph into a personal assistance on the wrist.
Who knows, maybe there will be a Apple glasses next time for Virtual Reality.
By then, Apple watch is probably a tool you need, rather than want.
