Has anyone bought watches from Precision Watch Enterprise located at Golden Landmark Shopping Centre?

One thing i like is that most of their watches come with box and papers which is rare for pre-own.

Its ok lah, old school style of doing business.
If they know you, they friendly.
Dont know you, not so friendly.

I bought two watches from them before.
Reasonably priced for a dealer and in reliable condition.

price abit steep but they usually have boxes and certs

Experience like what was stated above.
"Negotiable?" -> don't even try unless you are a non-stranger.
Cash or cheque only. Only after cheque is cleared then can collect watch.
Old school way, good or bad, you decide.

They don't bother to serve you when you step into the shop ... not too sure why? maybe they are busy or really bo chap. Maybe is just me.

Anyway I only enjoy speaking to Paul(Poh) whenever I visit PW

Like you, prefer to be left alone unless need assistance.

However, when I went there on 2 separate occasions with my friends, my friends needed assistance. The elderly guy just peep out and did not bother while the younger guy "pretend" to be busy take pictures.

After looking around for another 2 minutes ask for help again, the younger guy say wait. So we waited for like another 5 minutes and gave up. Maybe because we all wear t-shirts, bermudas and slippers, see us no up.

My way of doing business when buying watches at preowned shop is to tell them directly, i am serious about buying and whip out my stack of thousand dollar bills, but only at a price which is fair for both, after that, they will listen more attentively.
