I like to made a complain of a downright rude member who for no reason wassape me a "middle finger" with a vulgar text. This member goes by the Nick Desmond4149 with mobile number 94592012.

This all started when I received a wassape from him with just the word "Trade"..
I replied"Hi..How can I help you as your wassap only have the message "Trade"?
He didnt reply until about two hours later I again reply "Hello? Funny that you wassap me n dont reply?"
About two hours plus he replied again with the word "trade".

I replied "sorry...trade what can you plse be more specific"?

He replied after about two hrs "aiya nevermind la".

I told him "plse dont waste my time if you not sure of what you want".

He replied "you too" (meaning I have wasted his time)

I told him he was the one who wassap me first n I have the courtesy to reply him n he should apologize for his action.

He replied "now then you know u always wasting ppl time"

...later he reply "why you reply" followed by the Middle finger n vulgar message/picture.

This guy is down right rude in his stupid behaviour.

I recalled now I recently wassap him whether he was keen to trade... apparently he wasnt pleased that I have asked him before. I did apologize to him as I cant remember and he said I can remember him now and he said something like "one more time I block your number".

I have never treated anyone in this manner and dont intend to be treated in this manner by this person.

Those of you who intend to deal with him in future better beware of his character.

      Hi,
I am glad that we get to enjoy our watch hobby through watch forums, such as SgROC. We ought to thank the people behind the scene that have created and made this forum possible! :-)
Apart from buying/selling, we get to learn from one another about watches and also get to make new friends. Personally, I have made many new and good friends through this forum over the years!
I am surprised and sad to read of the above incident which I think could have been avoided if members care to be more friendly and understanding toward each other.
IMHO, it is perfectly alright to ask questions to clarify any query we have. However, we ought to respect one another by exercising caution when communicating with each other by watching our language and words. This is the only way to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding or conflict.
Just my 5-cents worth to emphasise the importance of respect for one another in our SgROC community so as to allow all of us to enjoy our watch hobby to the fullest with every member who is also a friend! :-)

I would say buyer could have replied with more clarity so as to avoid any misunderstanding.

A middle finger picture and seen how he have replied later on was not acceptable at all.

All of us is in this watch forum for a reason and it's our passion for watches and always treat someone the way you would want to be treated as well.

Therefore , i would think that such a behavior is not required at all.

Reminds me of a saying - some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them! All kinds of character surface in public forums, no need to get too agitated by them.

                    Hey Bro...

Don't bother with weird people like this. Responding back to a "long time ago replied message" with a single word expecting you to understand is totally ridiculous.

I know you bro and through this forum we met and became friends. You are not the type to be rude to others and yeah was shock this fella did that.

But I am curious though about the vulgar picture...haha. Pardon me, I know its offensive but to an extend of sending vulgar picture is totally childish. (You can whatsapp me what pic he send bro...hehe)

Just take it cool and there are a lot more friendly people out there.

                    Cheers.

Well said guys... we all share a common interest and passion towards watches through this and various forums and we should all be respectful and polite towards any fellow human being regardless of race, religion or financial status... we should respect each other no matter who we are or what we do.. we should all be humble and polite towards anyone for the sole fact that we are human beings and not animals... for we have virtues and good character.. so let's just forgive this man for whatever reason he had for behaving that way towards the ts and go on to our lives and be happy for more important things than these small matters.. like what mahatma mohandas k. Gandhi said “The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.”*so let's be strong and be happy... let bygones be bygones JAMY and keep this forum happy...!!!

there was this taxi driver who block other cars, intentionally driving v slow, a two lane road and the other lane constantly occupied by trucks. when I drove to be beside him, I show him the why hand signal, he showed me hand signals of me cutting him earlier. he had a pax in the rear seat and he choose to antagonize other drivers, causing possibly of car accident as he kept stepping brake to drive at 50km/h on a 70km/h road.

I was heading to work, it was frustrating and puzzling, and if I knew I had cut into his lane dangerously I would apologize if he were to drive side by side of my car and advise me.

I chose not to waste time to "tackle" the issue and I also do not have any car cam. sorry live and let die ....

like wise, if this person do not further disturb thread starter, let it be. if there are further problems we can alert the mod, worst case police report.
