hi guys,

don't mean to be taking sides but if referring to the only shop on level 1, i guess i need to say something fair.

i recently visited the shop (as recommended by a close friend of decades) and my experience with the boss and a younger gentleman was very pleasant.

their service was really professional and very patient as well...nothing like what was mentioned in the earlier comments. i was impressed with their customer service attitude and professionalism that i decided to make a purchase without going through the hassle of looking around.

I guess they must be reading sg roc website....lol

what decent shoppwner talks like that? Even kopi uncles and aunties have better upbringing. Just a farking watch for crying out loud.Even when i asked to view the watch from the glass cabinet, he was already showing signs of disgust like wasting his time.

Maybe I should wear my AP gold on both hands before i step in?
