Do they sell the cera-chrom inserts? Those seem rather difficult to find.

Is there any way to identify if the inserts are genuine?

Visited that shop again. As usual, attitude problem.

If u aint buying for sure, they wont tell u details ( age,box paper etc) of the watch...in a harsh tone nonetheless.

                      Lmao

I encountered the same experience about 1.5 years ago. Heard good things about that shop and went in to have a look. The boss was outright arrogant and served with a snobbish attitude.

I never step into that shop again.

Should be the only shop in level one. I went there last year thinking of upgrading my pam. Brought my whole set of 112 there but stopped outside and didn't go in. Shop was packed and business looks good. However I don't feel good so didn't go in. In end sold my 112 here instead. SGROC still the best.

                                hi guys,

don't mean to be taking sides but if referring to the only shop on level 1, i guess i need to say something fair.

i recently visited the shop (as recommended by a close friend of decades) and my experience with the boss and a younger gentleman was very pleasant.

their service was really professional and very patient as well...nothing like what was mentioned in the earlier comments. i was impressed with their customer service attitude and professionalism that i decided to make a purchase without going through the hassle of looking around.
