Went to a dinner the other night pairing food with Nikka Taketsuru 17, 21, and 25! Was an eye-opener to try them back to back (to back).

I prefer all types of Japanese whisky and i usually get them during my business trips at DFS.

My favourite is Yamazaki 18 years which is super hard to find considering people are all buying it.

Just got myself a bottle of Hibiki 17 from my recent japan trip. Smooth and warm is the best way i can describe it, absolutely love it.
