Any bro and sis know whats the effect for consuming dong chong xia chao? I got a lobang for buying at almost half price for the most premiere grade direct from tibet. But their minium order is 1kg which cost me 52k which I tot is a bit costly. Any advise?

from a western medicine perspective, there is no real harm for a perfectly healthy human being to take cordyceps.

if the person taking it is sick, i strongly strongly recommend seeing a sinseh before they get $52k of that stuff.

even if the person is healthy, there are of course side effects to taking anything in excess. i cannot tell you what "excess" means as i'm not a sinseh. however, the internet will tell you more than i ever can.
