Khatena is good and their prices should beat the other retailers. They have some cheap straps also.

Yup just got my tool from there not long ago... $15-20 I think. Got 2 tip sizes according to the bergeon site, I got the fine and I find it's a bit too fine for fat spring bars like in the seiko.
