Use UOB to petrol at SPC got good rebate!

uob seem to be only at SPC( at least last time is with shell ). Now I use Ocbc fr esso as I feel esso petrol sort of make my colt plus more smoother. But I got to say maybe Citibank is one of the best as it discount is tied to shell and v power is the best! IMO.
