SPC is my choice. 6% rebate on your everyday card plus 17% discount for this month. total 23% for petrol.

there's no best. different petrol brands tie down with different banks. they all have they best perks in a different way. you should go for the petrol that you think suit your car best and maybe better location to you. you save more this way

DBS Esso is better than Citibank card.. however, I recently switched from DBS Esso to OCBC 365 credit card.. also because of OCBC 360 Account..

You may want to google OCBC 365 credit card & OCBC 360 deposit account to understand more..

Not exactly a CC, but it gives petrol discounts.
Open an Extra$aver acct, charge ANY petrol kiosk bills in Singapore all the way up to Malaysia/Thai border to its debit card.
Catch is must have S$6,000 avg daily balance to get 7% rebate and S$200,000 to get 15%.
Every troublesome and not many ppl know about this.
