Saw on the newspaper this pair of gold watches is limited edition. Anyone have any comments or opinions on these?

In paper the picture seems quite elegant n nice But not sure whether it's a good investment piece.

It's Mao head side facing at the 12 hr mark. With 99.99 gold... centre of the dial is map of China gold plated I suppose..

Could be a China-made commemorative watch with cheap locally-produced movement. Nothing to shout about, though.
