Hey Bro AC Wong,
Another chap called HS1 (who seemed like a normal chap) said that Nim/Bn1 might be back sooner than we think and I teased him that he could be Nim/Bn1 himself. Lo and behold, HS1 just got banned; he is Nim!
I think its not like Empire Strikes Back, Nim is more like Halloween/Friday the 13th, Michael Myers/Jason never dies not matter what you try and keeps coming back in sequels : )
Sounds like the Empire strikes back í ½í¸ƒ
For a while I did find him famiar

"He could not just wear a watch. It had to be a Rolex." Ian Fleming, Casino Royale (1953)
It make me sick to read about your plight...something which I have gone thru myself which is very very stressful even though we try to resolve the matter in a fair manner to both parties but when the other party just refuse to accept responsibility --- it can become frustrating.
It is for this reasons that nowadays I draw up a written contract in all my sales/trade/purchase transactions which serve the interest of both parties rather than base on verbal "promises".
The written contract may not be 100% water tight proof but it does serve a purpose.
If I'm selling it gives the buyer the confidence that I'm serious about what I sell. If I'm the buyer - I'm telling the seller that this is a legal transaction not to be fool with.
I once asked a seller for a months warranty but he suggest I buy from a shop if I wanted a warranty n so I didnt go ahead with the purchase.
In your case there is not much you can do if the other party just refuse to take responsibility...I know the frustration, the stress and it will likely take a long time to get over it unless you are one of those who can easily get over such things.
Lastly please put his name/contact number (never mind even if he go for plastic surgery to change his look) on this forum and I am sure every one of us who want a fair settlement will take it from there.
Wish I can do more for you.

Zhi_Peng, Sorry to hear about your plight. Soon Panerai will not be making this type of Pam 112 dial anymore with the 'open' 6 and 9. Good luck in your sale.
